As a coach I have been shaped by years of real-world clinical practice and medical leadership experience on the frontline. Such insight has encouraged and nurtured my very person -centred coaching approach to help catalyse change.
I am skilled at bringing focus to complex situations but always grounded in the individual needs of a client. My coaching style is curious and empathic and combined with a dose of challenge suited to the person before me, to encourage growth and insight. I support clients who are navigating significant career or personal change; those transitioning into senior executive leadership roles and those working towards improved wellbeing and professional fulfilment. I offer conversations that move people forward in real time, in the real world.
As an Iversen Practice Associate, my niche offer is health coaching for those who need to reset after a significant medical diagnosis, surgery or treatment, or those who need clarity as they navigate the healthcare system (demanding for the most capable people at the best of times).
Whatever the coaching question, I explore the internal dialogues and conversations important for clarity, compassion and progress.
The Iversen Practice health coaching offer is a structured, psychologically informed health coaching intervention for people living alongside significant illness or major health disruption. This is not therapy. It is not medical treatment. It is a future-focused, clinically grounded coaching process designed to help people
- regain clarity and agency
- navigate uncertainty
- adapt to changing circumstances
- and live more intentionally alongside illness
The work is practical, reflective, and strategically focused.
