The Iversen Practice experience

How we work

Direct. Personal. Transformative.

We use bold, transformative conversations to get results quickly. Conducted one-on-one, these sessions are direct, personal, and confidential. The intent is not to impose solutions, but to help each individual discover their own capacity for change. Our approach follows three key steps.

  1. THE CHEMISTRY SESSION
Are we right for each other?
We conduct a no commitment/no charge “chemistry session” with every individual. This session gives you a chance to sample our coaching techniques, discuss intentions, and work out if the fit with your selected coach feels right for you both.

  2. CLARIFYING OBJECTIVES
What do you need to achieve?

When we begin our sessions, its critical to understand what exactly what you want from the experience. What aspects of your behaviour create problems in your life? Are there specific areas of professional performance you need to address? In our initial two hour session, we’ll identify and agree clear goals and objectives.

  3. RESULTS
    What progress have you made?

Over three months, you will undergo six intensive coaching sessions of one hour duration. These conversations will be supplemented by as much text, or email support as you need. At the end of the process your coach will help you measure progress against the agreed objectives, and determine next steps.
